Artisanal manufacturing in Morocco

The Toumèto cement tile from the Margaux Keller Collections x Carocim range, shaped through precise manual work, requires 6 steps, all carried out by the hand of the craftsman. This tile is an ecological floor covering based on natural pigments, sand, marble and cement. It requires no cooking and very little water during its manufacture.

The tiles are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the order form only on the ground floor. All tiles leave our premises in perfect condition. Deliveries take place on the date indicated, however the date mentioned is only indicative, priority being given to the oldest orders. The customer must report to the carrier (or postman) upon receipt of the package the slightest trace of impact (holes, crushing, etc.) on the package and, if necessary, refuse the package. In the context of collection of the goods by its own care from the CAROCIM France depot at the address 1515 Route du Puy Ste Réparade CS70040 13089 AIX EN PROVENCE, CAROCIM liability is no longer incurred from the provision of the goods for loading. The goods must be collected within a maximum period of (30) thirty calendar days. Beyond this period, you may be charged storage costs of €30 per month per pallet stored.

As with any shipment, it is possible to suffer damage, delay or the product to be lost. In such a case, the carrier is responsible and contacted to start an investigation. CAROCIM France cannot be held responsible for delivery time problems caused by the carrier, cases of loss of products, bad weather or strikes. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing goods compared to the delivery note, damaged package, broken tiles, etc.) must be indicated on the delivery note in the form of “handwritten reservations” on the driver/deliverer's receipt. If no reservation has been issued, a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt must be sent to the carrier within (3) three working days following the delivery date setting out the said complaints (The designation of the goods in damage, the quantity of goods in damage, the exact references of the damaged goods.) A copy of this letter must also be sent to CAROCIM France 1515 route du Puy Ste Réparade CS70040 13089 AIX EN PROVENCE or by email carocim@carocim.com. In the event of absence during the delivery appointment fixed with the carrier, you will be charged an additional cost of €60 excluding VAT per pallet to trigger a 2nd delivery appointment.
